By using 800 Summit ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app provides study material and AI-assisted practice for the Israeli psychometric exam (פסיכומטרי). Content — including AI-generated questions, explanations, essay grades, and score estimates — is provided for study purposes only. It is not a guarantee of exam results and is not an official product of, or endorsed by, the national testing authority.
The app uses an anonymous account tied to your device. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account and data at any time in Profile → מחיקת חשבון.
You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the service; access it through automated means or attempt to extract API credentials; submit unlawful content; or use AI features to generate abusive, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content. We may rate-limit or suspend access to protect the service.
AI features can be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them as a substitute for professional or official guidance. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated output.
The app and its original content are owned by Yuval Shaham. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or content beyond personal, non-commercial study use.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.
We may modify the app or these Terms, and may suspend or terminate access for violations. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
